 You have just signed your contract with our firm; now, what can you expect as we proceed forward?
Design: We will work to communicate your wishes to our factory. It often takes several weeks for us to exchange numerous emails between you and our manufacturing plants in China, India or the United States, a process necessary to get the best design satisfactory.
You will be kept closely informed of our communications with the factory. Often, we write changes on design papers, and then scan those messages into email which we forward to our factory and to you.
Email: We will include your last name on the subject line of our email, and perhaps a descriptive term or two, so you can identify our project as we work together. Please use the same email account so we can track our emails and provide better service to you.
Pictures: We will supply you pictures at the end of our transaction. Often, we also provide photographs during the process, so you are comforted by seeing your memorial under construction. We realize that you are anxious as we process your order, and we do what we can to reassure you.
Final Payment: If you have not done so already, you will make the final payment upon receipt of photographs showing your monument produced according to your instructions.
Foundation: If hired to build the foundation, which has not been built before, we build a foundation suitable for your memorial needs. A home is only as strong as its foundation, and the same is true for a memorial. Where others take shortcuts, we recommend a quality foundation be built to protect your investment.
Shipment, Delivery & Installation: Depending on your agreement with our company, the memorial will be shipped either directly to you, a cemetery, our company, or a local monument builder for installation of the memorial. If you desire, this is a service that can be retained to relieve your family of the stresses associated with shipment, delivery, and installation.
After Installation: Often, we receive photographs of the memorial after installation. If possible, we email copies of photographs to our clients.
Free Upgrades: Often, we offer our clients free upgrades. We are the experts, and we prefer to see the best built memorials, regardless of your budget. If you receive something free, please give us your referrals as a ‘thank you’ for our generosity. Tell your friends too! To us, memorialization is about much more than just dollars and cents!
