Purchasing the single crypt mausoleum can be daunting for most folks.
This simplest and least expensive mausoleum is shaped like a box with either a flat roof or a slanted roof. Versions of the single crypt can drive the price upward sharply; however, I am addressing the least expensive monuments here. By the way, least expensive does not mean poor quality, as we stand behind all of our products, and these are well-built products.
Weight & Foundation: The single crypt mausoleum weighs approximately 9,000 pounds. You will need a high-quality reinforced foundation with rebar. The cost of the foundation is not included in our prices.
Prices vary from approximately $8,000 for Pacific Coral, Plum Rose or Plum Spice, to $16,000 for Lake Superior Green or Rainbow granite.
Caspian Mist, Hunan Gray, Rockville White, Rockville Beige, Sunset Red, Sunset Beige, Texas Red, and Azalea are approximately $10,000.
Sierra White, Melrose Black, Bahama Blue, Sapphire Brown, Lavender Blue, Autumn Red, K2-Black, Diamond Pink, Royal Sable, and Carnelian are approximately $12,000.
Kenoran Sage, Colonial Rose, North American Pink, New Imperial Red or Royal Ebony are approximately $14,000.
Simple carving and lettering is often included within our prices. Carving of the family name, date of birth, and date of death is usually included, if applicable at the time of delivery. Future death dates are not included.
Shipping is often included within the prices indicated above. You have your choice of the crypt front color at no additional charge. Sales taxes are not applicable in most shipments. Other colors are available.
We are in a service business and we never forget who we serve. We would be honored to work with you to plan your memorial needs.
